SENIOR FITNESS
SilverSneakers Fitness Program is a fun, energizing program that enables mature adults to take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and social events. SilverSneakers group exercise classes offer you the best opportunity to stay on track toward your health and fitness goals. Sportsplex offers indoor Pickleball courts every weekday.
PERSONAL TRAINERS

KIDS FITNESS
We know that total family health is important to you and that’s why we offer fitness for kids. Youth membership allows kids ages 7-13 to participate in basketball, volleyball, racquetball, circuit training, cardio and more with their parent or guardian.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
