Trainer Tip – Rowing Circuit
I frequently like to finish my workout with some high intensity cardio. There are numerous ways to go about it, but one of my favorite ways is to do a rowing circuit on the rower. Actually, this doesn’t have to be done at the end of the workout, this can be done at the beginning, or it can be done on its own. Set the clock for 20 minutes, and do a 100 meter row. Once you finish the 100 meter row, get off the rower and do 10 mountain climbers. Next round, do a 200 meter row followed by 20 mountain climbers. Add 100 meters to each previous rounds row, and also add 10 mountain climbers until the 20 minutes is over. Just a word of warning, this is a very challenging circuit, so get ready to work!
